I understand and agree to the following: Participation & Safety: I acknowledge that dance involves physical activity and carries a risk of injury. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks and release the instructor and associated venues from liability for injuries sustained during class participation. Health & Medical Conditions: I confirm that my child is in good health and physically able to participate in dance classes. I will inform the instructor of any relevant medical conditions or physical limitations. Drop-off & Pick-up: I understand that I am responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up of my child and that the instructor is not responsible for my child outside of scheduled class times. Refunds & Attendance: I understand that class fees are non-refundable once the session begins, and makeup classes may be offered at the instructor’s discretion based on availability.
